AAE Systems, Inc. is a systems integrator and manufacturer of innovative VSAT technologies. Since 1984, AAE has successfully delivered turnkey communications systems and solutions to companies worldwide. Company History
AAE earned a reputation for designing and deploying state-of-the-art networks in the late 1980s and early 1990s. During this time, AAE provided numerous satellite-based communications systems, contract maintenance and operation services, and Land Mobile Radio systems in the Middle East and Africa.
In the late 1990s, AAE began to design, build, and deploy DAMA based satellite networks in the Middle East that support voice, data, and video communications. Other related communications projects were undertaken in wireless architectures using GSM cellular radios; land mobile radios; HF command and control systems; and wireless local area networks (WLANs).
By the 2000s, AAE was an established market leader among system integrators using VSAT and related technologies. Systems designed by AAE were in use not only in the Middle East and Africa, but also in Asia, the Americas, and Europe. Using the knowledge acquired over 20 years in the industry, AAE developed its own line of satellite equipment, the Eclipse MF-TDMA DAMA product line. The line, along with its supporting products and services, is integrated into the networks AAE deploys for its customers.
Today AAE serves elite customers all over the world. Customers include commercial operators in oil and gas, governments, NGOs, educational institutions, banking institutions, medical institutions, and defense operations.
